The box begins with spring honey and royal jelly. Our spring honey is harvested when the flowers are in full bloom, giving it a sweet and delicate flavor. This honey is combined with royal jelly, a nutrient-rich product. Next, thyme honey is known for its aromatic and medicinal properties. Green propolis, with its antioxidant properties, perfectly complements this combination. The third product in this box is Anjou flower honey, a polyfloral honey that captures the diversity of the flowers of the Anjou region. Finally, pollen is rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Our organic pollen is carefully harvested to ensure optimal quality.

• Thyme Honey and Green Propolis - 200g
  Our thyme and green propolis honey combines two key active ingredients from the hive to help you limit winter ailments. It also has a high total antioxidant power (TAOP) of 33+. Thyme honey is characterized by a powerful aroma combined with a taste reminiscent of the thyme plant. This honey is known for its healing benefits and for soothing the throat.
• Spring Honey and Royal Jelly - 200g
  Discover our new duo: the perfect combination of spring honey, renowned for its creamy texture and floral fragrance, and royal jelly (15g) with its recognized properties. Our spring honey is harvested from the nectar of flowers that bloom in spring. Our royal jelly, on the other hand, is a superfood naturally rich in nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants.
• Anjou Flower Honey - 230g
  A unique nectar gathered by bees in Anjou, Anjou flower honey delights many honey lovers with its unique flavors. Harvested by Famille Mary in early summer from our Anjou apiaries, this honey is steeped in history and perfectly reflects our terroir. Each season, different plant varieties carpet the sunny meadows around Beau Rivage.
