Ingredients: Mineral: marine magnesium oxide, magnesium salts of citric acid from mining sources - Coating agent: sodium starch octenyl succinate - Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) - Cassava starch - Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate - Emulsifier: lecithins. 3 capsules contain 360 mg of magnesium, or 96% of the reference nutritional value.
