Presented to the natural and very dry state, every jar contains pollen of different varieties of flowers blooming from the beginning of spring to the end of summer. To benefit everyday from the virtues of this product, we generally advise to take 2 to 6 teaspoons a day (i.e. 10 to 30g). It can be crunched nature or diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice, to which some honey can be added. 200g jar
